ORIGIN
For 3 generations, we have been working to give this vineyard a human, environmental and sustainable orientation. Our philosophy: fully stepping in modernity while preserving our terroir, our know-how and our values.
With the same inspiration as our hedonistic, easy to drink wines, we have created UBY OAK, a style that is in line with our contemporary sensibility, adapted to the consumption patterns of the new generations.

CRAFTING
We always selected the best parcels of tawny sands to give our eaux-de-vie their aromas.
The grapes are harvested in September. The wine, made from a unique blend of bacon and uni blanc, is vilified in a natural way, without the addition of sulphites and kept in vats at low temperature.
The distillation takes place in winter in the traditional copper fire-driven still of the house. The wine rises in temperature, the water evaporates and only the alcohol is preserved and then placed in barrels.

5cl of UBY OAK 2cl of peach purée 1.5cl of peach liquor 2 dashes of Bitter honey Egg white Fresh mint leaves Shake and fill with ginger ale

4cl of UBY OAK 4cl of Tonic or Ginger Ale 3 ice cubes Garnish with a lemon twist

In a shaker: 5cl of UBY OAK 0.5cl of vanilla cacao liquor 2.5cl of Expresso coffee Garnish with 3 coffee beans

5cl of UBY OAK 1/2 a tea spoon of honey or 1cl of honey syrup The juice of half a lime 3 ice cubes Garnish with a mint leaf

5cl of warmed UBY OAK 2 spoons of sugar cane 10cl of hot coffee Whipped cream
